A leading hotel chain in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, was grappling with an urgent staffing shortage and needed a bulk intake of hospitality interns to maintain operations. IndieTalent (2COMS Group), in partnership with German employers and TOMCOM, launched Project Campus2Germany — a structured initiative to prepare Indian nursing students for smooth migration and employment in Germany. We mobilized 24 final-year B.Sc. Nursing students from NIMS Hyderabad and designed a dual-track training program that combined 1.5 hours of daily German language lessons with professional modules on German healthcare standards and employer expectations.
This structured preparation ensured that every candidate was both linguistically and professionally ready for their future roles. All 24 students received conditional job offers from German hospitals and began progressing toward B2 language proficiency by the time they graduated. The project was recognized by the German Ambassador, reinforcing confidence among partner hospitals and creating a replicable, pre-trained talent pipeline for the healthcare sector.
To expand the reach of international healthcare migration, IndieTalent and GTS collaborated with the Meghalaya State Skill Development Mission (MSSDC) to establish a government-backed training and placement model — the Fly2Germany Program. Under this initiative, 30 aspiring healthcare professionals were mobilized through MSSDC, which provided state-supported infrastructure such as classrooms and hostels. IndieTalent managed the complete delivery of German language and healthcare-specific training aligned to German standards.
This public-private partnership created a cost-effective, scalable model for global workforce development. By combining state support with industry expertise, the program ensured a pipeline of compliant, pre-trained, and reliable candidates. Employers benefited from faster deployment, assured quality, and reduced onboarding time, while the initiative positioned Meghalaya as a model for other states aiming to build international skill mobility programs.
Our asset-light, last-mile model uses digital marketing and on-ground execution to replicate success across borders — without heavy investment. In collaboration with Global Talent Square, we organised a large-scale walk-in recruitment drive in Sri Lanka to connect international employers with qualified healthcare professionals. A total of 76 pre-screened nurses were carefully shortlisted and presented for face-to-face interviews with a leading US healthcare client.
This hands-on approach fostered trust and transparency between the employer and candidates while significantly reducing hiring timelines. By delivering a strong pipeline of job-ready talent, the initiative showcased our ability to bridge global skill gaps, streamline international hiring, and help employers confidently secure talent from across borders.
